Welcome to our Beaver Scout section!
At Southam Scouts, we’re proud to have not one, but two vibrant Beaver Colonies. Our Beavers meet weekly to embark on exciting adventures, learn new skills, and make lasting friendships.
Meeting Schedule:
- Tree Colony: Meets every Monday from 17:45 to 19:00 at the Scout Hut.
- River Colony: Meets every Wednesday from 17:30 to 18:45 at the Scout Hut.
What We Do:
Beaver Scouts, our youngest members aged between 6 and 8 (with the opportunity to join from age 5¾), dive into the world of scouting with enthusiasm. During our one-and-a-quarter hour meetings, they explore the outdoors, unleash their creativity, and engage with their local community. From learning knots to going on nature walks, every week is packed with fun and learning.
One highlight of the Beaver Scout experience is our exhilarating Beaver Scout Sleepovers, where our Beavers get to enjoy a night of adventure with their friends.
